Term 2: Operations Management
It is the science of managing and integrating different form of resources and transform it into service delivery or a product. It involves three core functions of an organization, basically: finance, operation and marketing. Operations management heritage was developed from the practice of production management and it encompasses the full spectrum of managerial roles and responsibilities.
