A year has past just like that~!

Looking back, i should say its a blessed, happy and a good year. Though there is some glitches at times thoughout the year.

Overall, i no longer hover over the past and move on to the next chapter of my life!

tao hua

heard from a friend that this year those born under ox will encounter tao hua. i think its quite true. for me personally, i got two tao hua this year. one is from early this year and the other is mid of this year.

since i got two tao hua, u might ask which of the two tao hua i will choose. the outcome is that, both i also not choose. WHY?

cause i'm afraid to start a relationship and maybe in the end get hurt? i know i shouldn't have this kind of thinking. and u may feel i'm such a coward. but still this feeling of fear is there.

well, i suppose i can start learn to conquer the fear now and see what the future it may hold for me. perhaps a good one? who knows.

too bad for me to realised now as the two tao hua are no longer available as both has found their special someone.

i feel happy for them having to found someone they love and love them back. and of course i feel glad to have them as my tao hua though i'm not their special someone.

its pouring heavily outside when i type this post. the raining resemble my feeling right now. gloomy and hollow...

can i get thru this year (in one and a half month) time with happiness and relief? i also not sure. but i hope at least i can get one out of the two...

i'm kinda tired with my current life. wanna try new things for once. perhaps it can change my life. and maybe my destiny. i just have to hope for the best..

Just finish watching this anime... =)

Itazura na Kiss tells the love story of Kotoko and Naoki from their days as high school students to their marriage. The story continues after the marriage as they continue to grow as a couple. The story starts with Kotoko finally building up the courage to confess to Naoki Irie by giving him a love letter but was rejected in front of everybody. After that humiliating moment, she decided to give up on her love for Naoki. That same day, the Aihara's newly-built home was destroyed during a mild earthquake due to poor construction. They ended up staying in the Irie household thus starting the development of their relationship.

This anime is exactly is the same as the Taiwan drama "It started with a kiss" ^_^

After an earthquake destroyed Xiang Qin's house, she and her father moved in with the family of her father's college buddy, Uncle Ah Li. To her surprise, the kind and amicable aunt and uncle are the parents of her cold and distant schoolmate Jiang Zhi Shu, a genius with an IQ of 200 whom not too long ago rejected her endless crush on him. Term 4: Strategic Management

Strategic management is an ongoing process that evaluates and controls the business and the industries in which the company is involved; assesses its competitors and sets goals and strategies to meet all existing and potential competitors; and then reassesses each strategy annually or quarterly [i.e. regularly] to determine how it has been implemented and whether it has succeeded or needs replacement by a new strategy to meet changed circumstances, new technology, new competitors, a new economic environment, or a new social, financial, or political environment.

Summarily, strategic management is the process of specifying an organization's objectives, developing policies and plans to achieve these objectives and allocating resources so as to implement the plans.

Today is already the fourth day of CNY. Didn't go out much this year to celebrate. Most of the time just stay at home completing my assignment due this 21st Feb.

Though it do sound pathetic, i do have some great time taking pictures.

Term 3: Managing Change

Organizational change should not be conducted for the sake of change. But organizational change efforts should be geared to improve the performance of organizations and the people in those organizations. Therefore, it's useful to have some understanding of what is meant by "performance" and the various methods to manage performance in organizations.

Summarily, change management is a structured approach to transitioning individuals, teams and organizations from a current state to a desired future state. Change management (or change control) is the process during which the changes of a system are implemented in a controlled manner by following a pre-defined framework/model with, to some extent, reasonable modifications.

On Medication

Yup, i'm sick. Down with flu, cough, slight fever and back pain. All of it come at the same time. The medication just make me feel drowsy and sleepy most of the time. Guess it is a sign to tell me to have a good rest. Till then, bye!
